The Vice President of New School Development (NSD) will directly contribute to the attainment of GCSA’s quality, growth, organizational strength, and sustainability goals by leading GCSA’s efforts in implementing and growing statewide charter school growth. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer of the Georgia Charter Schools Association (GCSA). The GCSA Incubator Program has a strong record of success with nearly 100% of our schools being approved over the last four years. Over 90% of our leaders have been leaders of color and have founded schools in communities of color. We have a strong belief in community and partnership in all that we do.
