Forty public charter schools participated in the 2025 Atlanta School Choice Expo, where they had the opportunity to interact with more than 900 families. Students from Atlanta Unbound Academy, Liberation Academy, and Utopian Academy for the Arts were selected to serve as performers and greeters at the event.
The Atlanta School Choice Expo was hosted by GeorgiaCAN on Saturday, Jan. 25, at the Loudermilk Conference Center. The Georgia Charter Schools Association and several other organizations were among the event sponsors. The expo also featured petitioning charter schools, local school districts, microschools, private schools, and homeschooling organizations.
The Atlanta School Choice Expo provided Georgia families with a one-stop opportunity to explore educational options. This family-friendly event was one of 27,000 held nationwide during National School Choice Week 2025 to raise awareness and celebrate educational opportunities.
