Two opinion-editorial pieces in the Atlanta Journal Constitution this week support the position that the Georgia Supreme Court erred in its 4-3 decision last week, declaring the Georgia Charter Schools Commission unconstitutional, thereby jeopardizing the future of the 16 charter schools the Commission has approved.
