CharterStart is a comprehensive and targeted training program provided as a service of Georgia Charter Schools Association.
CharterStart will offer technical and hands-on assistance to those interested in starting high quality charter schools in Georgia. More specifically, CharterStart will support potential charter school operators, as they move through the petitioning process (specific to the laws and rules of Georgia).
CharterStart is a voluntary program open to all individuals, founding groups, and management/support organizations who are seriously interested in submitting charter school applications to a charter school authorizer in Georgia. This program is designed to support and guide participants at all stages from conception to implementation.
