It’s Black History Month! This year, Georgia Charter Schools Association wants to celebrate Black excellence by sharing the following inspiring stories about Black educators, school leaders and children who attend a public charter school in our state:
- Black teachers who have demonstrated creativity in the classroom and are meeting individual student needs.
- Black school leaders and board members who are making a difference and live in, or are from, the communities they serve.
- Black families with a success story about how a public charter school has changed their child’s future/life.
