Christopher Sanders is a 6th-grade educator at Centennial Academy. He was nominated by a member of the school’s leadership team and is described as a talented teacher who energizes students and makes learning interesting and enjoyable.
“Mr. Sanders works with 6th-grade scholars and is currently engaging them by motivating them to practice their i-Ready Math. He does pancake parties in class to celebrate scholars’ growth and to encourage them to log on and not have any barriers,” Angel Hendricks, Dean of Culture for Centennial Academy. “Mr. Sanders stands out by how he makes connections with learning to the real world with scholars. They run to line up at his door for instruction each day.”
