Georgia Charter Schools Association salutes Crystal Hardy, an educator at Coweta Charter Academy. Coweta Charter Academy is a public charter school authorized by the State Charter Schools Commission.
“Crystal Hardy goes above and beyond everyday with her team and students. She keeps the fourth grade team motivated with a positive mindset. She is very selfless and constantly reminds her team members of their “why,” and their purpose,” says Dynasty Zayas, a second-year teacher at Coweta Charter Academy. “Her students love her and her class very much because of the fun safe environment she has created for them. They are always learning with engaging activities. Even at recess, Crystal plays four square with her kids and talks with them. She absolutely cares about all her students and her co-workers.”
Hardy has served as a mentor teacher and role model to teachers like Zayas.
