Call for Presentation Proposals for GCSA’s 2024 Conference
Submit a Proposal! GCSA is currently accepting presentation proposals for the 2024 Georgia Charter Schools Conference. We’re looking for engaging presenters and sessions that will improve and develop capacity for all stakeholders in the charter school community including authorizers, advocates, petitioners, school leaders, board members, business managers, school administrators, teachers, and more. SCSC FY24 Renewal Cycle
State charter schools with charter terms expiring on June 30, 2024, must submit a renewal application to the State Charter Schools Commission (SCSC) during the 2023-2024 school year. The renewal application will be released TODAY (Wednesday, Nov. 1). Learn more…

State Charter School Communications Policy & Procedures
The Communication Policy for State Charter Schools expressly identifies information related to school operations that must be provided to the SCSC Executive Director or designee and establishes a timeframe for doing so.
The SCSC has provided responses to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regarding the State Charter School Communication Policy. The SCSC has also provided a web form where communications reports must be submitted.
