Georgia Charter Schools Association Congratulates Furlow Charter School for receiving a $10,000 Rural Education Fund grant from the Georgia Foundation for Public Education!
Furlow Charter School will use the funding to implement Dinosaur Diplomacy, a project-based learning literacy and peace initiative. The initiative will assist with reading proficiency that has fallen as a result of the pandemic slide.
The public charter school was among 12 Georgia schools and districts to receive a Rural Education Fund grant in the latest round of funding from the Georgia Foundation for Public Education. Read the full release here.
