Mark your calendars! You don’t want to miss GCSA’s first Information Update Call of the 2023-2024 school year. Join us on Friday, Aug. 25, at 10 a.m. for a legislative listening session, important back-to-school updates, and to hear from key policymakers.
Rep. Scott Hilton, Rep. Matt Dubnik and State Board of Education member Jason Downey will attend a portion of the call. You will also receive crucial updates from the Georgia Department of Education and the State Charter Schools Commission. We plan to devote the majority of the call to a legislative listening session. The virtual listening session is intended to help us develop our 2024 policy agenda and refine our state-level advocacy priorities for the upcoming year.
