Georgia Charter Schools Association salutes Judy Pinson, an English teacher at Mountain Education Charter High School’s Pickens site.
“Ms. Pinson is seen by students as kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of her subject,” says Joeta Youngblood, a site administrator for Mountain Education Charter High School. “She is always willing to go the extra mile both at school and in the community if it will benefit the students at our site.”
Mountain Education Charter High School is a public charter school authorized by the State Charter Schools Commission. The school’s mission is to provide a second chance opportunity for students across North Georgia to earn an accredited High School Diploma in a student-centered, self-paced, evening public high school.
