Georgia Charter Schools Association congratulates the class of 2021! We’re excited to recognize Logan Fedelem, a graduate of Lake Oconee Academy as an outstanding senior. Logan was nominated by Johnny Noto, Lake Oconee Academy’s Director of College and Career Counseling.
What are the student’s plans after graduation?
Logan plans to attend Belmont University and study music engineering.
Why does this student deserve recognition?
Logan is Lake Oconee Academy’s class valedictorian. He earned the honor after taking 15 AP classes while in high school. Logan is creative, musically inclined, and has a brain wired for engineering. He is involved in the community in countless ways, some of them including: playing soccer, running cross country, helping raise money for charities, and being an active part in both the arts and engineering while at LOA. He is also one of the kindest people that you’ll ever meet.
How has attending a Georgia public charter school benefited the student?
Logan was able to receive an educational experience at Lake Oconee Academy that best met his individual needs. The rigorous academic environment and attention paid to the whole child allowed him to flourish.
