Lori Letton is a fifth grade science and English Language Arts teacher at Fulton Academy of Science and Technology. Mrs. Letton is a dedicated teacher who is deeply committed to engaging, motivating, and nurturing her students. She uses a project-based learning approach to help students build critical thinking, communication, problem solving and collaboration skills.
The FAST colleague who nominated her says, “Her creativity and joy in the classroom inform and liven her students’ lives both at school and remotely each day.
Each and every day Mrs. Letton handles kids at school and kids at home at the same time effectively. She conducts lab demonstrations and is able to successfully engage both groups while managing the classroom.”
