Mr. Paris Allen is Upper School Assistant Principal at KIPP Vision Academy. He works to ensure equity is top of mind at the school and that students, teachers and families get the resources and support they need to be successful. The KIPP Vision Academy educator who nominated Mr. Allen says his leadership has made a significant difference.
“Mr. Allen keeps upper school afloat. If there is a problem he is to the rescue if there is a resource to be found he will find it,” says Jiana Barnes, a special education teacher at KIPP Vision Academy. “This has been an extremely tough year for everyone. However, Mr. Allen will always come with motivation and solutions.”
