Sarah Green is a seventh grade math teacher at Fulton Academy of Science and Technology. The FAST colleague who nominated Ms. Greene describes her as a dedicated educator who goes the extra mile for students.
“Sarah has worked tirelessly teaching math to her 7th grade students. She has pulled out ALL the virtual educational stops to make sure that her students learn math,” says Veronica Krapf, Fulton Academy of Science and Technology’s Gifted Coordinator. “She uses digital resources daily and virtual math notebooks to keep her students actively engaged and on track with 7th grade math standards.
Sarah teaches her students with an enthusiasm for math that is contagious. She makes math understandable and fun. She also meets with all students in study halls each day tracking their progress.”
