Teresa Odom teaches Kindergarten at Spring Creek Charter Academy. She is an innovative teacher who makes a difference in the classroom.

Ms. Odom has enjoyed the challenge of teaching at a new school. During morning Crew Meetings, she shares various calming strategies, builds communication skills, and works to meet the social and emotional needs of each student. She ensures that every student has the opportunity to be heard on a daily basis. Ms. Odom tries to provide a positive environment for coworkers and students, and she enjoys seeing their growth.
