Georgia Charter Schools Association salutes Zipporah Taylor, a music teacher at Westside Atlanta Charter School.
“Ms. Taylor keeps music and the arts at the forefront of our students’ minds,” says Delana Reeves, Principal of Westside Atlanta Charter School.
Under Taylor’s leadership, Westside Atlanta Charter School students have had the opportunity to participate in band, a school talent show and mini-musicals individualized by grade level. The school’s choral group, Westside Singers, has performed at Atlanta United and Atlanta Braves games. Taylor has also overseen a school-wide winter performance and a black history program.
