ATLANTA, GA – Georgia Charter Schools Association (GCSA) is excited to announce that Frank Morris has been selected as Chairman of Georgia Charter Schools Association’s Board of Directors. Morris was chosen for the new role due his extensive knowledge of public policy, his business background and his passion for education.
“Frank chaired our Advocacy and Policy Committee for the past two years and proved to be a great advocate for children and charter schools,” said Georgia Charter Schools Association President and CEO Tony Roberts. “We are grateful to him for accepting this larger leadership role.”
Morris currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Public Affairs for UPS. In his current position, he oversees State Government relations for UPS in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Morris is a board member of the State Trucking Associations in those states as well as a board member of the Georgia and Sandy Springs Chambers of Commerce.
Morris is a resident of Milton Georgia. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Westminster College in Salt Lake City.
