Atlanta, GA — Lake Oconee Academy (LOA), a PreK-9 public charter school in Greensboro, GA, that was a 2014 National Blue Ribbon School, has now been named one of the Top 50 public elementary schools in the nation by TheBestSchools.org. The award is based on the performance of students in grades 3-5 in each school. Schools on the Top 50 list are located throughout the continental United States, Germany and Japan.
