Operational Assessment
GCSA conducts operational assessments that are designed to analyze achievement, operational effectiveness, fiscal health and effective governance practices. This process takes 5-10 days to complete the review, interview and analysis phase of the project and 2-3 weeks to complete the report writing phase. A meeting with the board and leadership is also included to review the results of the assessment. This process is highly beneficial to diagnose and troubleshoot underperformance, and can be done in anticipation of the strategic planning process or charter renewal.
Accreditation Consulting
GCSA provides consulting services to schools going through the accreditation process. These services can range from project management to data analysis and training.
Compliance Reviews
GCSA can assist your school with troubleshooting compliance issues as well as providing resources and suggestions for improvement. Compliance reviews include a detailed written report that identified areas of non-compliance and provides suggested remedies for improvement.
SCSC Monitoring Preparation
GCSA can help your school prepare for monitoring visits by reviewing compliance systems and practices to determine effectiveness and needed improvements prior to the monitoring cycle.
Policy Review
GCSA can provide a policy review and provide recommendations to remedy policy gaps.
School Discipline Review
Charter schools must adhere to all due process requirements as they related to due process rights for students who are going through the discipline process. GCSA can review your current practices and provide a written summary with suggestions for improvement.
