Board Boost is a forum of 60-minute sessions, where we tackle some of the most common governance challenges and explore critical topics, such as succession planning, onboarding, academic oversight, effective school leader oversight, and other topics generated by YOU! During these sessions, you will learn of best practices and receive resources you can use immediately to boost the effectiveness of your board. Participants will also engage with members of other boards to share solutions from the field during our facilitated discussions.
Board Boost Sessions are part of GCSA’s FY22 Digital Governance Series, a comprehensive digital governance professional development experience for governing board members of Georgia charter schools. As part of the series, board members have opportunities to engage in live and recorded webinars to assist with meeting the requirements of SBOE Rule 160-4-9-.06. Learn more here.
